摘要
基于已有的大功率GCT集成门极驱动技术和经验,从GCT的基本工作原理入手,结合对驱动电路的具体要求和特点,提出了一种新的驱动电路拓扑结构及其控制方法。通过对新型1100A/4500V逆导型GCT集成门极驱动电路的原理性测试,验证了设计方法的正确性和拓扑方案的可行性。
On basics of experience to high power GCT integrated gate drive technology, the principle of GCT and the real demand and characteristic of drive circuit are introduced firstly, then both the topology and control strategy of a novel gate drive circuit are proposed. A gate drive circuit of reverse-conducting GCT with 1 100 A/4 500 V ratings has been designed. The experimental results verify the design method and the feasibility of novel topology.
