摘要
现代钢铁企业在应用知识管理的过程中,如何衡量知识管理效果意义重大。文章研究钢铁企业知识管理评价指标,并提出实用的评价模型。
It is very important for modern iron and steel enterprises to appraise the effect of knowledge management in the applying knowledge management process. This paper studies the iron and steel enterprises＇ knowledge management appraisal target and proposes the practical appraisal model.
