摘要
横浜位于东京大都市圈的核心地区,是著名的国际港口城市。在漫长的历史发展进程中,横浜作为京浜工业地带的核心城市,其沿海地区的港口和以制造业为代表的产业聚焦为日本经济的高速发展做出了巨大贡献。20世纪80年代以后,为了适应经济全球化的大趋势,立足于21世纪新型港口城市的建设,横浜市开始编制实施名为"港口未来21世纪"的城市总体规划,对临海港口地区进行了大规模的改造。本文从地理学的角度对横浜‘港口未来21世纪"规划的理念、总体构思和规划方法进行了分析,探讨了横浜"港口未来21世纪"规划对我国港口城市的规划和现代化建设的借鉴意义。
Yokohama is located in the core area of Tokyo metropolitan area and is a famous international port city. As the core city of Tokyo-Yokohama industry zone. its coastal ports and industry conglomeration of manufacture contribute enormously to the high-speed development of Japanese economy in the long historic development course. In the 1980＇s. Yokohama had the construction of a new-type port city in the 21st century in mind in order to fit for the trend of economic globalization. Yokohama worked out an urban renovation planning “Minato Mirai 21” in 1981 to reconstruct the coastal port area on a large scale on the basis of the construction of new＇- type port city in the 21st century so as to adapt the trend of globalization of economy at the end of the 20th century. This paper analyzes in detail the planning idea. method and the whole conceiving of the above-mentioned “Minato Mirai 21” Planning from the point of view of geography, and discusses the referential meanings of Yokohama＇s “Minato Mirai 21”Planning for urban planning and construction of port cities in China.
