摘要 我国《物权法》出台后,物业领域的纠纷将更加显形,这给城市规划管理带来严峻挑战。本文详细介绍了英国开发控制的经验,包括对开发的定义、开发规则的内容以及开发控制与开发规划的关系。这些经验对于我们完善规划管理的范畴,建立通则式的开发规则,以开发控制手段处理物业开发的问题颇有启示。 As the Real Rights Law has been promulgated, the dissensions in real estate will be more and more. It is also a challenge to urban planning system. This paper introduces the experiences of development control in UK, including the concept of development, the contents of development order and the relationship of development order and development plan. These experiences will be valuable for us to strengthen urban planning management approaches.
