摘要
基于体素的形态学测量技术（VBM）是近年来发展起来的一种新型脑形态学测量技术，文章简要阐述了VBM的概念、基本原理和优缺点，同时对其在轻度认知障碍和Alzheimer病中的初步应用做了综述。
The voxel-based morphometry （VBM） is a newly developed technique for brain morphometry in recent years. This article briefly expotmds the concept, fundamental principle, advantages and disad-eantages of VBM. It also reviews the preliminary applications of voxel-based morphometry in mild cognitive impairment and Alziaeimer＇s disease.
