Are Thunderclap Headache With Normal CT and Puncture Further Investigations Unnecessary？
摘要
爆裂样头痛临床上较常见。对于出现爆裂样头痛的患者，应该采用何种诊断方法追查病因更为合适，在常规CT和腰椎穿刺检查正常的情况下是否有必要进行更深入的检查，包括CTA、MRA及常规血管造影等，目前尚存在分歧。
