摘要
目的探讨在目前医疗服务水平下,低危孕产妇合理的产前检查次数。方法回顾分析2004年1月1日-12月31日在北京市5所医院分娩的2371名低危孕产妇的病历资料,比较不同产前检查次数低危孕产妇的不良妊娠结局发生水平。结果在低危孕产妇中,产前检查7—8次组不良妊娠结局发生率低于产前检查次数少于7—8次的组别(均P〈0.05);产前检查7—8次组不良妊娠结局发生水平与产前检查次数多于7—8次组比较无显著性差异(均P〉0.05)。结论在所研究地区现有产前保健水平下,低危孕产妇产前检查7—8次较为合理。
Objective To determine an appropriate frequency of prenatal examination for low-risk pregnant women under current health care conditions. Methods The clinical data of 2 371 low-risk pregnant women delivered in 5 hospitals in Beijing city from January 1 to December 31in the year 2004 were analyzed retrospectively and adverse pregnancy outcomes of low-risk pregnant women with different frequency of prenatal examination were compared. Results The incidences of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the group of low-risk pregnant women with 7 - 8 times of prenatal examination were lower than those in the group of low-risk pregnant women with less than 7 - 8 times of prenatal examination (all P 〈 0, 05 ). While there were no significant differences in incidences of adverse pregnancy outcomes between the group of low-risk pregnant women with 7 - 8 times of prenatal examination and the group of low-risk pregnant women with more than 7 - 8 times of prenatal examination ( all P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Under current prenatal health conditions in the surveyed region, 7 - 8 times of frequency of prenatal examination for low-risk pregnant women is appropriate.
