摘要
先天性心脏病是新生儿先天缺陷中最常见的疾病之一。母体孕期缺锌可导致胎儿先天性心脏病,寻找能够反映机体锌水平的敏感指标和缺锌引起先天性心脏病的机制成为目前研究的焦点之一。锌是人体所需的一种重要微量元素,其具有多种生物学活性,可通过调控心脏发育的基因表达,对抗氧化应激等机制在心脏发育过程中发挥作用。该文对锌的生物学功能、检测指标及其在胚心发育过程中的潜在机制作以综述。
Congenital heart disease (CHD) is one of the most common birth defects and harms to health of the infants severely. Maternal zinc deficiency during pregnancy can cause CHD, Finding biochemical indexes which can reflect zinc level in maternal body and exploring mechanisms of zinc deficiency causing CHD have become focus of the research. Zinc is a necessary and important trace element for human body and has extensive biological activities, it plays an important role in cardiac development by controlling expression of heart developmental regulatory genes and antagonizing oxidative stress. This article reviewed biological function of zinc, detecting indexes for zinc level and potential mechanisms of cardiac development.
