摘要
根据大规模及多项目的特点,对大规模定制企业多项目进行了界定;在分析大规模定制企业多项目的概念、过程模型及特点的基础上提出进行多项目进度控制的必要性,同时,通过分析大规模定制企业多项目进度的制约因素提出大规模定制企业多项目进度进行控制的主要措施,并通过在省内一家企业实施,验证了措施的有效性。
The paper defined the multi-project in mass customization (MC) enterprise according to the features of customization and multi-project. Based on the analysis of multi-project conception, process model and its features in MC enterprise, we presented the necessity of multi-project scheduling control. Meanwhile, based on the analysis of restrictive factors in multi-project scheduling control, the paper presented major measures to realized control and proved their effectivity through applying the measures to an enterprise in Hunan province.
