闭合复位顺行自锁钉内固定治疗肱骨干骨折

Treatment of Humeral Fracture with Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Self-lock Intramedullary Nail

目的介绍微创技术治疗肱骨骨折的方法、疗效与优点。方法应用经皮微创闭合复位技术,利用自锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折29例,并评价其临床疗效。结果所有病例均得到随访,时间4～20个月,平均8.5个月,29例患者均骨性愈合,无1例并发术后桡神经损伤。肩关节功能评价结果为:优26例,良3例。结论经皮微创闭合复位自锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折具有损伤小、固定可靠、并发症少、骨折易愈合等优点,临床疗效满意,是治疗肱骨干骨折的理想内固定方法。闭合复位顺行插钉或结合小切口应用,可简化手术,且安全有效,避免术中损伤桡神经。

OBJECTIVE To summarize the treatment outcome of humeral fracture with minimally invasive pereutaneous serf-lock intramedullary nail fixation, METHODS 29 cases with humeral fracture were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous serf-lock intramedullary nail and the effects were evaluated. RESULTS All patients got a followed-up for 4~20 months,The average time was 8,5 months,All patients achieved good bone healing, No complication such as radial nerve injury was found. The assessment of shoulder function showed 26 cases were excellent and 3 good, CONCLUSIONS Treatment of humeral fracture with percutaneous self-lock in- tramedullary nail is a method of choice for such advatages as small injury, rreliable fixation, little complication and good effect.Closed reduction, retrograde nail in combination with small incision could make the operation more simplified and secure.
