Preliminary research on combination of teleservice with ecommerce of manufacturing enterprise

摘要 基于对远程服务与电子商务结合可行性分析,提出了将远程服务与电子商务结合的架构,并分析了双方结合需要解决的主要问题。[摘要] With the development of technology and business requirements,manufacturing enterprises need to adopt a high level of maintenance and services to enhance market share,teleservice has become one of the most important tools for manufacturing enterprise.The emergence and the rapid development of Internet made ecommerce concept gradually been adopted by the vast number of manufacturing enterprises.Based on the feasibility analysis of combination of teleservices and ecommerce,the program for combination of teleservices and ecommerce was proposed.Moreover,the main problems for the combination were also analyzed.
