摘要
本文综述了国内外多氯联苯的一些研究概况和污染现状,并对多氯联苯的色谱学、生物学、免疫学等检测方法进行了比较,重点介绍了当前研究比较多的免疫学检测方法,提出了今后对多氯联苯研究的一些展望。
This paper reviewed the researches on Polyehlorinated biphenyls （PCBs） and its contamination home and abroad. Detection methods of PCBs were compared including ehromatogram, biology and immunology, especially immunoassay that was studied a lot, was mainly introduced. Some adviees for future research of PCBs were proposed.
