注塑机协同开发过程模型的研究

Study on the Process Model for the Injection Molding Machine Cooperative Design

建立注塑机开发过程模型是开发注塑机协同设计系统的基础。提出了将注塑机开发过程按照项目、设计任务和设计活动3个层次进行分解的方法,给出了注塑机设计过程模型形式化定义。该模型明确了设计任务间的并行、顺序和协同关系,可以直接按设计任务构成活动网络图,进行规划、分析、管理等工作,使开发过程具有良好的可变更性和可控性。

The injection molding machine design process model is basic for developing the cooperative injection molding machine design system. The method is decomposed the injection molding machine developing process into three layers：project, design task and design activity and a formal definition of injection molding machine design process model （IMMDPM） is given. The model makes clear relations of parallel, sequence and cooperation in design task and constructs the activing network diagram directly based on the design task to proceed plan, analysis and management ,thus makes the developing process with better changeable and controlled.
