摘要 设计了一种内、外螺旋滚筒式、带毛刷的薯类清洗机。根据物料的运动情况进行受力分析,并计算出滚筒的转速、长度以及毛刷的转速和长度,依据这些参数进行了结构设计。该机产量为30-40t/h,可满足大型薯类淀粉厂的工艺要求。 A new-type of yam cleaner with internal, external screw drum and brush is designed. Analyzed the force acting on the material movement situation to calculate the rotational speed ,the length of the drum as well as rotational speed and tee length of the brush, thus obtained the structural design based on these parameters. The output of the machine is 30-40 t/h which can meet technological requirement in the large-scale yam starch factory.
