摘要
提出了设计凸轮轮廓的方程式,推导出凸轮廓形误差与从动件各运动参数误差之间的函数关系式,指出了合理选用凸轮机构参数可适当提高从动件的运动精度,为今后合理确定凸轮廓形精度提供了新的方法和依据。
The equation of designing cam profile is brought forward and the functional relation between cam profile error and cam follower parameter error is deduced in this article. By reasonable choosing the parameters of cam mechanism,the displacement accuracy of cam follower can be improved. Thus some new methods and foundations of confirming the accuracy of cam profile from these functional relations are obtained.
