摘要
针对一电动凸轮机构应用系统,设计了合理的电机驱动方案。分析了电机一相绕组相电压与相电流的相位差与凸轮位置变化的关系,提出一种无位置传感器检测凸轮位置的新方法。以DSP控制的偏心轮机构为实验平台,对所提出的方法进行了试验验证及试验结果分析,并得到可行的结果。
In an application system of Cam-Mechanism, after designing appropriate, motor driving , a novel sensorless cam position estimate method is proposed,which is based on the phase difference between phase voltage and phase current. The proposed method is implemented and verified by the experimental results on a DSP based control eccentric wheel mechanism,and the result is applicable.
