体表胃电刺激联合雷贝拉唑治疗非糜烂性反流病疗效观察

摘要 非糜烂性反流病（NERD）是指具有由胃食管反流物引起的食管和食管外组织损害，由于内镜下未见Barrett食管及明确的食管黏膜破损，故也称作内镜阴性反流病（ENRD）或症状性胃食管反流病（GERD）。据北京、上海社区整群抽样的一项调查报告显示，NERD约占GERD的67％。NERD是一种难治性疾病，目前药物治疗上以抑酸及促进胃排空为主，但部分患者疗效不佳。国内资料显示，体表胃电刺激可治疗胃动力障碍性疾病如功能性消化不良，故笔者采用体表胃电刺激联合雷贝拉唑治疗NERD，并与其他疗法进行比较，现报道如下。
