体表胃电刺激联合雷贝拉唑治疗非糜烂性反流病疗效观察

摘要 非糜烂性反流病(NERD)是指具有由胃食管反流物引起的食管和食管外组织损害,由于内镜下未见Barrett食管及明确的食管黏膜破损,故也称作内镜阴性反流病(ENRD)或症状性胃食管反流病(GERD)。据北京、上海社区整群抽样的一项调查报告显示,NERD约占GERD的67%。NERD是一种难治性疾病,目前药物治疗上以抑酸及促进胃排空为主,但部分患者疗效不佳。国内资料显示,体表胃电刺激可治疗胃动力障碍性疾病如功能性消化不良,故笔者采用体表胃电刺激联合雷贝拉唑治疗NERD,并与其他疗法进行比较,现报道如下。
