影响2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度的多因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 颈动脉内膜中层厚度(inteima-media thiokness,IMT)是反映早期动脉硬化的客观指标,并且与年龄、高血压、高血糖、高血脂等传统动脉粥样硬化危险因素有关。近年研究显示高同型半胱氨酸血症、幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染等也可能是动脉粥样硬化的危险因素。我们分析了2型糖尿病患者中有关因素与IMT的关系,探讨糖尿病患者动脉粥样硬化的危险因素,旨在为糖尿病大血管并发症的防治提供新思路。
