数学模型运用于多指标联合鉴别胸腹水性质 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立并分析数学模型用于多指标联合鉴别胸腹水性质的价值。方法对历史数据运用Logistic回归分析和ROC曲线分析建立数学模型及诊断点;将测定结果代入建立的数学模型中,得出个体预测值Pre-1和Pre-2,定量分析联合指标与某种疾病发生的可能性之间的关系,并与单项指标比较敏感性、特异性、准确性。结果用建立的数学模型计算出的个体预测值Pre-1和Pre-2,联合用于鉴别诊断恶性胸腹水组、结核胸腹水组、非结核良性胸腹水组有统计学意义,与临床诊断一致性方面有非常显著的统计学意义。结论多项目的回归分析建立的数学模型,将项目之间联系成一有机整体,克服了以往多项目诊断的主观性和片面性,提高了诊断的科学性和使用价值。
