摘要
研究了用红外光谱法测定聚丙烯等规度的含量。建立了红外光谱法快速测定聚丙烯等规度含量的工作曲线,并对其准确性及精密度进行了评价。结果表明,测定样品的最大偏差为0-8%,重复测定同一样品的最大偏差为0.3%。本方法在生产上已得到较好的应用。
The determination of the iso-regularity of polypropylene by an infrared spectrometry is studied. The working curve for determining the iso-regularity of polypropylene rapidly by the infrared spectrometry is established and its veracity and precision are evaluated. The result shows that it has its maximum error of 0.8% when determining one sample and has the maximum error of 0.3% when determining the same sample. This method has been well used in production.
