摘要
由于环境噪声的声源和传播途径错综复杂,声级分布规律性较差,以及人们的主观反应又存在着差异,因而传统的污染指数评价方法难以真实有效地反映声环境状况。考虑到较高声级对人的影响,文章采用了改良型污染指数法对城市环境噪声进行了评价,同时将评价结果与运用模糊数学方法得出的结果进行了对比,研究表明:这种方法用于城市环境噪声评价科学可行,结论可靠。
Noise environment quality is not evaluated factually and availably using traditional pollution index method due to complicated noise source and radiating path as well as inconspicuous distribution rule and difference of the noise perception between dissimilar crowds. Taking the influence of higher noise grade into account, improved pollution index method was used to evaluate urban noise environment quality, with result comparing with that of fuzzy mathematics. Results showed that the improved method is feasible and reliable.
