酒肝清胶囊中甘草酸的溶出度测定

Study on Dissolution of Glycyrrhizic Aeid in Jiuganqing Capsules

目的:对酒肝清胶囊中甘草酸进行了溶出度测定,以考察其内在质量。方法:应用搅拌浆法,以HPLC法测定酒肝清胶囊中甘草酸的含量为指标,对酒肝清胶囊中甘草酸进行溶出度测定。结果:以含0.5%十二烷基硫酸钠的蒸馏水溶液为溶剂,转速100 r.min,经45 min,溶出度为标示量的75%以上。结论:溶出度测定是控制中药复方制剂内在质量的一种可行的方法。

Objective： To determine the dissolutions of glycyrrhizic acid in Jiuganqing capsules in order to examine its inner qualitiy. Method：The content of glycyrrhizic acid was determined by HPLC as index to determine the dissolution of glycyrrhizic acid in Jiuganqing capsules by paddle method. Result：900 mL of 0.5 % SDS solution was used as solvent. Paddle method was used with rotation rate at 100 r·min^-1 , after 45 min, dissolution is over 75% labelled amount. Conclusion： The determination of dissolution is a feasible method for controlling the inner quality of traditional Chinese medicinal preparations.
