摘要
目的:对肾康微丸中水蛭的提取工艺进行考察。方法:以水蛭醇提物的抗凝血活性为主要指标,醇溶性浸出物得率为辅助指标,首先考察了水蛭乙醇提取的温度;并采用正交实验对水蛭的乙醇提取条件进行了研究;亦确定了提取次数。结果:影响提取效果的因素顺序为:乙醇浓度>提取时间>乙醇用量,乙醇浓度对提取有显著性影响。结论:确定乙醇提取水蛭的最佳工艺为,加6倍量60%乙醇,60℃提取2次,每次1 h。
Objective:To inspect the extracting technology for leech in Shenkang Micro-pellet. Methods:With anticoagulation bioactivity as main Index and extraction rate as secondary one, optimum extracting conditions for leech in Shenkang Micro-pellet were studied by the orthogonal design. Results:The order of the factors which affected extraction was: ethanol concentration 〉 extraction time 〉 solvent amount. And the ethanol concentration had significant influence. Conclusions: The optimum extracting conditions were six times quantity of 60 % ethanol for 2 times at 60 ℃, and one hour for each time.
