摘要
当前企业技改投入中存在的问题是:技改战线过长,重点不够突出;经济效益滑坡;资金渠道狭窄;投资主体模糊,投入意识淡薄。为改变这种状况,技改投入应把握技改导向,理顺投资关系,坚持科学论证,拓宽筹资渠道,突出以人为本。
This paper indicated the problems currently existed in the investment of technical renovation in domestic enterprises.To improve this situation,some con- structive suggestions are also put forward.
