摘要
目的:探讨Hedgehog信号传导通路中Ptch-1和Gli-1在鳞状细胞癌皮损和细胞系中的表达及意义.方法:采用免疫组化技术分别检测鳞状细胞癌皮损和细胞系A431,HSQ-89,HSC-2和Tca中Ptch-1和Gli-1的蛋白水平表达与分布.结果:Ptch-1及Gli-1在正常皮肤,鳞状细胞癌皮损,细胞系A431,HSQ-89以及HSC-2细胞中均有阳性表达,主要分布在鳞状细胞癌细胞胞膜及胞质中.结论:鳞状细胞癌皮损和细胞系中Ptch-1及Gli-1的阳性表达可能通过激活Hedgehog信号传导通路有助于鳞状细胞癌的形成和发展.
AIM: To investigate the expressions and significance of Ptch-1 and Gli-1 in the squamous cell carcinoma lesions and the cell lines. METHODS: hnmunohistochemical techniques were employed to detect the distribution and expressions of Ptch-1 and Gli-1 in squamous cell carcinoma lesions and A431, HSQ- 89, HSC-2 and Tca squamous cell carcinoma cell lines. RESULTS: There were significant expressions of Ptch-1 and Gli-1 in the squamous cell carcinoma lesions, normal tissue and in A431, HSQ-89 and HSC-2 squamous cell carcinoma cell lines, and they were mainly distributed in the cell membrane and cytoplasma. CONCLUSION: Expressions of Ptch-1 and Gli-1 might contribute to formation and progression of squamous cell carcinoma via activating Hedgehog signaling pathway.
