摘要
研究利用化学变质法配合近终形水平连铸生产Fe-Ni膨胀合金线坯,再将铸态线坯冷拔成丝材的新工艺。实验室研究及半工业试验结果表明,研究开发的Fe-Ni膨胀合金生产新工艺是可行的;采用新工艺试制的连铸线坯以及拉拔过程的半成品丝材,其抗拉强度略低于热轧盘圆的强度,而伸长率则高于热轧盘圆的伸长率,因而其冷加工拉拔性能优于热轧盘圆的性能,并且平均线膨胀系数符合行业标准要求。
A new technology of Fe-Ni base invar expansion alloy has been developed, in which fine wires are drawn from rod billets produced by modification and the near-shape continuous casting. The experimental results and pilot production show that the new technology developed is reasonable to prepare Fe-Ni base invar expansion alloy; The tensile strength of casting bar and semifinished wire produced by the new technology is slightly lower than that of hot rolled products, but the elongation is much higher. Subsequently, the cold working property of the alloy produced by the new technology is better than that of hot rolled disks. The average expansion coefficient can meet the requirements of the industrial specification.
