敦煌养颜膏对小鼠衰老皮肤羟脯氨酸含量的影响

The effect of Dunhuang Yangyan Ointment for hydroxyproline in senile skin in mouse

目的探讨外用敦煌养颜膏对小鼠衰老皮肤羟脯氨酸含量的影响。方法将60只10月龄小鼠随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30只。分别于用药后第10 d、20 d、30 d时颈椎脱臼处死小鼠,测量同等面积皮肤的重量和羟脯氨酸的含量。结果用药10 d时,皮肤重量和羟脯氨酸含量有增加现象,继续用药20 d和30 d后,与对照组比较,治疗组皮肤重量和羟脯氨酸含量明显增加(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论敦煌养颜膏外用可增加衰老皮肤中羟脯氨酸含量、促进皮肤胶原蛋白合成,证明外用敦煌养颜膏具有养颜缓衰的作用。

Objective To observe the effect of Dunhuang Yangyan Ointment for hydroxyproline in senile skin in mouse. Methods 60 mice which were 10 months old were divided into control group and treatment group randomly, every group had 30 mice. Killed the mice in the 10th day, the 20th day and the 30th day after given drugs respectively. Surveyed the weight of equal area skin and the content of Hyp. Results The skin weight and Hyp contents had increased a litter in the 10th day. After 20 and 30 days, the skin weight and Hyp contents in treatment group increase obviously more than control group （P 〈0. 05 and P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion Dunhuang Yangyan Ointment can improve the content of Hyp in senile skin, promote the composition of skin collagen and put off senile.
