摘要
针对造纸工业过程中大量风机、泵类负载,分析了变频调速的节能原理。介绍了ABB公司CAS800变频器在燃烧炉引风机的应用,对硬件组成、软件设计等方面做了详细论述,结果表明变频调速节能效果显著。
The energy consevation principle of load like fan and pump in pulp ＆ paper industry is analyzed,the application of CAS800 frequency conveter in induced-draft fan of furnace is introduced,the hardware configuration and software design of the system are discused in detail,the energy conservation result of frequencycontrol is remarkable.
