穴位注射对复发性尖锐湿疣患者免疫功能的影响

Effect of Acupoint Injection on Immune Function of Patients with Recurrent Condyloma Acuminatum

【目的】观察穴位注射卡介菌多糖核酸对复发性尖锐湿疣(CA)患者免疫功能的调节作用。【方法】将70例复发性CA患者随机分为2组,全部病例均运用激光治疗消除疣体后,治疗组用卡介菌多糖核酸穴位注射(取穴:①曲池、三阴交;②阳陵泉、太冲。两组穴位交替使用);对照组用卡介菌多糖核酸作肌肉注射,每周2次,连用12周。于治疗前及治疗3个月后检测患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+水平和CD4+/CD8+比值、自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性。另设正常对照组30例作比较。【结果】治疗前治疗组与对照组的CD3+、CD4+、CD8+水平和CD4+/CD8+比值及NK细胞活性比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05),但与正常对照组比较,除CD3+百分率无明显改变(P>0.05)外,两组患者的CD4+百分率、CD4+/CD8+比值、NK细胞活性均降低,CD8+百分率升高,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。经3个月治疗后,两组患者的CD4+百分率、CD4+/CD8+比值、NK细胞活性均升高,而CD8+百分率均降低,差异有显著性意义(与治疗前比较,P<0.01);但治疗组上述指标的改善更加明显(与对照组比较,P<0.01),并基本达到正常对照组水平(P>0.05)。【结论】穴位注射卡介菌多糖核酸疗法能调节复发性CA患者的免疫功能,提高患者的免疫力。

Objective To investigate the immune regulatory effect of acupoint injection with bacillus calmetteguerin vaccination （BCG） polysaccharide nucleic acid （PNA） on recurrent condyloma acuminatum （RCA）. Methods Seventy RCA patients were randomized into two groups. After condyloma was removed by laser therapy, the treatment group received acupoint injection with BCG-PNA into acupoints of （1） Quchi and Sanyinjiao, and （2） Yanglingquan and Taichong alternatively, lmg per time, twice a week,＂ for 12 continuous weeks. The control group received intramuscular injection of BCG-PNA. Before treatment and after treatment for 3 months, peripheral blood T lymphocyte subtypes of CD3~, CD4~ and CD8~ levels and CD4~/CD8~ ratio, as well as natural killer cell activity were observed in the RCA patients. A healthy control group of 30 cases was set up for the comparison. Results The differences of CD3^＋, CD4^＋ and CD8^＋ levels, CD4^＋/CD8^＋ ratio and natural killer cell activity were insignificant （P 〉 0. 05 ） between the treatment group and the control group before treatment. Compared with the healthy normal group, CD3^＋ percentage remained unchanged （P 〉 0. 05 ）, but CD4＋ percentage decreased, CD8^＋ percentage increased, CD4^＋/CD8＋ ratio and natural killer cell activity decreased in RCA patients before treatment. After treatment for 3 months, CD4^＋ percentage increased, CD8^＋ percentage decreased, CD4＋/CD8^＋ ratio and natural killer cell activity increased in the treatment group and control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）, and the levels of the above indexes returned to the levels in the normal healthy group （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Acupoint injection with BCG-PNA can regulate the immune function of RCA patients, and enhance the immunity.
