摘要
目的:编制适合中国大学生的性常识测验。方法:参考国内外大学生性健康教材和性知识调查问卷,编制一份涵盖男女性生殖系统、性发育、个人性行为、人际性行为、少数性行为、性功能障碍、怀孕分娩、避孕和终止妊娠、性心理和性病艾滋病10方面的性常识测验。对多个样本施测后,根据被试的反馈和每道题目的难度、区分度,对题目进行删除、整合以及多次修改形成正式问卷,并检验此问卷的信效度。结果:大学生性常识测验包含36道题目,平均难度0.57±0.18,平均区分度0.30±0.05;包括男女性生殖系统、性发育、个人性行为、人际性行为、少数性行为、性功能障碍、怀孕分娩、避孕和终止妊娠、性心理、性病艾滋病10个方面的内容。测验的内部一致性信度为0.732,重测信度为0.733(P<0.001);对同一人群培训前均分25.7±4.1,培训后均分28.7±3.2,差异有统计学意义(t=-5.97,P<0.001)。结论:大学生性常识测验具有良好的信度和效度,可用于大学生中进行测试。
Objective: To develop the General Sexual Knowledge Test (GSKT) for Chinese college student. Methods: Based upon abundant references to sexual health educating materials for university students and sexual knowledge investigations in undergraduate groups, this research conducted a preliminary GSKT which consisted of ten aspects ( male and female reproductive system, sexual development, individual sexual activity, interpersonal sexual activity, sexual minority, sexual handicap, pregnancy and delivery, contraception and birth control, sexual psychology, AIDS and sexually transmitted disease). After got the feedbacks of testees about every item's degree of difficulty and dividing ability, the test was amended and its reliability an.d validity were tested. Results:The GSKT include 36 items. The average degree of difficulty was 0. 57 ± 0. 18 and the average degree of dividing ability was 0. 30 ± 0. 05. The test-retest reliability is 0. 733, the Cronbach's alpha is 0. 732. The degree after training (28. 7 ±3.2) was higher than that before (25.7 ± 4. 1, t = 5.97, P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion: The results suggest that the GSKT, with eligible psychometric quality, can be applicable to Chinese college students.
