经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的近期疗效观察

Short-term outcome of percutaneous vertebroplasty for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures

目的:探讨经皮椎体成形术(percutaneous vertebro- plasty,PVP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的近期临床疗效。方法:回顾性调查我科2005年4月～2007年2月采用经皮椎体成型治疗的15名患者。术后疗效评价采用直观类比评分调查。结果:15例穿刺均成功,有1例骨水泥渗漏到椎体侧方,1例渗漏到椎前静脉,但均无临床症状,无其他严重并发症。术后1个月疼痛完全缓解12例(12/15),显著缓解5例(3/15),VAS评分术前平均7.37分,术后1个月VAs评分平均2.17分,与术前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),术后6个月无疼痛再发。结论:PVP手术操作简单、安全,能有效地缓解骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折引起的疼痛,近期疗效较满意。

Objective ：To assess the clinical short-term outcome of percu- taneous vertebroplasty （PVP） in the treatment of spinal compression fractures. Methods ：The data of 15 patients undergone PVP in our department from Apr. 2005 to Feb. 2007 were gathered for this retrospective study, and visual analog scale （VAS） was used to assess pain severity before and after vertebroplasty at the 1st month and 6th month. Results： 15 patients came through a desirable puncture and showed no clinical symptoms or other serious complications except for 1 cases complicated with bone cement leakage into vertebral lateral and another 1 into anterior vertebral vein. 12 patients obtained total pain relief （12/15） and 3 experienced significant relief （3/15）. VAS before operation averaged 7.37 and 2.17 for post-operation within one month. The difference was significant（P〈0.01 ）. Follow-up visit found no recurrence of pain within 6 month after operation. Conclusion ： PVP, with easy performance and safety, can effectively relieve the pain resulted from osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures and the short-term outcome is favorable.
