摘要
目的:探讨高龄初产妇的妊娠合并症、并发症的发生率及其处理对策。方法:回顾分析110例高龄初产妇(高龄组)的临床资料,并与同期正常生育年龄初产妇(对照组)进行对照。结果:观察组妊娠合并症、并发症的发生率高于对照组,手术产率明显上升。结论:高龄初产妇妊娠合并症、并发症的发生率高于对照组,剖宫产率明显增加;加强高龄初产妇产前监护、做好分娩处理十分重要。
Objective ：To investigate the incidence of pregnancy coexisted disease and management of complications in delivery Of elderly primiparas. Methods：Clinical data of 110 elderly primiparas were analyzed retrospectively in comparison with the younger counterparts during the period from January, 2001 to June, 2007. Results ： The incidences of pregnancy coexisted disease and complications in delivery of elder primiparas were higher than those of their counterparts and the requirement of uterine-incision delivery was much higher. Conclusion： The findings suggest that it is essential to provide elderly prirniparas with antepartum monitoring and management in delivery.
