摘要
目的:分析眼轮匝肌在睁、闭眼运动中的功能作用。方法:通过植入式微电极提取狗眼轮匝肌的肌电信号,从中分析该肌肉在睁、闭眼运动中的功能作用状态。结果:眼轮匝肌在自然睁眼状态中与自然闭眼状态中的肌电表现一致;在眨眼动作发生过程中肌电活动有增强表现;在由睁眼状态向闭眼状态转换过程中,肌电活动在闭眼动作发生时有增强表现;在由闭眼状态向睁眼状态转换过程中,没有观察到肌电信号有变化。结论:眨眼动作的发生需要眼轮匝肌的收缩作用来完成;在由睁眼状态向闭眼状态转换,需要眼轮匝肌的收缩来使眼睑进入闭合状态;闭眼状态不需要眼轮匝肌的持续收缩来维持。
Objective:To analyze the function of orbicularis oculi muscle during eye-closing and opening movements. Methods: The electromyograms of a dog's orbicularis oculi muscle were extracted through some implanted micro-electrodes. The functional actions of the muscle during eye opening and closing movements were analyzed via the electromyograms. Results:The electromyograms of orbicularis oculi muscle during the natural eye-opening movement were similar to that during the natural eye-closing movement. The electrical activity of the muscle increased during eye-blinking events and during the change from eye-opening into eye-closing state. There was no any electrical activity observed during the change from eye-closing into eye-opening state. Conclusion:The contractions of orbicularis oculi muscle are needed for the implementation of eye-blinking and eye-lip closing movements during the change from eye-opening to eye-closing state. The continuous contractions are not needed for maintaining the eye-closing state.
