摘要
目的:调查研究团以上干部对军队医院提供医疗服务的满意度。方法:2003-06-09,对25所医院就诊的2416名团以上干部进行问卷调查。结果:团以上干部对总医院、中心医院及驻军医院提供医疗服务的总体满意率分别为72.7%、52.2%及55.1%。对就医程序及职业道德的满意率最低,分别为53.6%及64.4%。结论:军队医院应进一步提高服务质量,简化就医程序,提高团以上干部对医疗服务的满意度。
Objective:To investigate the satisfaction degree of officers of Lieutenant Colonel and over on medical services provided by military hospitals. Methods: From Jun to Sept 2003, satisfaction questionnaire investigation was performed in 25 military hospitals for 2 416 officers of Lieutenant Colonel and over. Results: The total satisfaction rates of military officers on medical services in general hospitals, central hospitals and garrison hospitals were 72.7%, 52.2% and 55.1%, respectively. The satisfaction rates on the process of receiving medical services and professional ethics were 53.6% and 64.4% respectively, and both of them were the lower satisfaction levels in all questionnaire items. Conclusion: In order to increase the satisfaction degree of military officers of Lieutenant Colonel and over, the quality of service should be improved and the process of receiving medical treatment should be simplified in military hospitals.
