摘要
采用不同的生产工艺制度,对E32级船板钢在工业试制过程中所产生的-40℃纵向冲击功波动较大的现象进行了研究。研究表明,在采用两阶段轧制时,由于中间坯的厚度较大,从而对未再结晶区的变形温度产生影响,易于产生在部分再结晶区轧制的现象,使钢板出现混晶现象,从而造成钢板低温冲击值较低。
The strong instability of -40℃ bngitudinal impact strength of E32 shipbuilding steel observed in trial production was studied by using different processes. The result show that for two-phase rolling, the structure with mixed crystals is formed in product due to rolling in partially recrystallized zone caused by the effect of rolling piece thickness increment on deformation temperature of non-recrystallized zone, and as the result, the low temperature rate after rolling, making low temperature impact strength lower, too.
