摘要 以从歧化松香中分离提纯的去氢枞酸为原料,经去氢枞酸酰氯与二乙醇胺的N-酰化反应,合成了N,N-二羟乙基去氢枞酸酰胺。通过单因素实验得出目标产物的适宜合成条件为反应时间2h,反应温度20~30℃,反应物摩尔比4:1(胺:酰氯),转化率为95.1%。采用IR,UV和GC-MS等方法对目标产物进行了结构表征,并对其表面张力及临界胶束浓度进行了测试,还对2种测定目标产物中氯含量的方法作了比较。 Dehydroabietic acid was isolated and purified from dispropportionated rosin at first. Then, N, N-dihydroxyethyldehydroabietylamide was synthesized by N-acylation reaction of diethanolamine with dehydroabietic acid chloride. Suitable synthetic conditions of the target product were investigated by one-factor experiment and found to be as follows: reaction time 2 h, reaction temperature 20~30℃, mol ratio of the reactants 4 : 1 (amine: chloride). The target product was characterized by IR,UV and MS spectra,and its surface tension and critical micelle concentration (CMC) were determined as well. Furthermore,two methods, oxygen flask method and complexometric titration method, for determining the chlorine content in the target product were compared in this paper.
