摘要
对中储式球磨机中多种随机过程联合作用的运行特征进行了综合分析,研究了各输入、输出状态参数之间的相互关系。在生产实践中,磨煤机的各工况条件参数是在一定范围内波动的,依据泛灰数理论,建立了既能反映工况条件参数的影响又能体现运行经济性的钢球磨损的一般数学模型,并对该模型提出了辨识的方法,为磨煤机运行过程的监控、预测和控制提供了理论依据。
The operation features of a ball mill are investigated, which is a combination of a multiple stochastic processes. The relations between the input and output state parameters are studied. In practical production, the parameters of working conditions of ball mill are changed in a certain range. Making use of the method of the grey mathematics theory, the general mathematical model of the steel ball wear is set up, which not only describes impact of changes of the parameters of ball mill' s working conditions, but also reflects the economy of the operation. Subsequently, the method of identification is presented for the model. In this paper, the model provides a theoretical criteflon for monitoring, prediction and control of ball mill operation.
