摘要
采用抗寒性强的宜昌橙(Citrus ichangensis)、抗寒性中等的本地早(Citrusreticulata)和抗寒性弱的 Verna 柠檬(Citrus limon)的叶片为试材.分析其叶片总磷脂、可溶性蛋白质以及各种磷脂含量与柑桔抗寒性的关系.结果表明:柑桔叶片总磷脂含量、磷脂与蛋白质的比值与抗寒性呈正相关.磷脂酰胆碱(PC),磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS).磷脂酰甘油(PG)的含量与抗寒性呈显著正相关,溶血磷脂酰胆碱(LPC),磷脂酰乙醇胺(PE)和磷脂酸(PA)的含量与抗寒性呈显著负相关.而磷脂酰肌醇(PI)和双磷脂酰甘油(DPG)与抗寒性相关不显著.由此说明用叶片磷脂含量可以鉴定柑桔抗寒性的强弱.
Cold-hardy Yichang papeda(Citrus ichangensis),medium hardy Bendizaotangerine(C.reticulata)and tender species Verna lemon(C.limon)wereused to analyze the content of phospholipids,and soluble prote(?)n in citrusleaves.Results obtained proved that:the total amount of the phopholipidsand its ratio with the protein contents was singnificantly correlated withthe cold-hardiness.High positive correlation was found between the cold-hardiness and the content of phosphatiaylcholine(PC,r=0.9299),phos-phatidyl serine(PS,r=0.9317),phosphatidyl glycerol(PG,r=0.9657),singnificant negative correlation was found between the cold-hardiness andthe content of phosphatidyl ethanolamine(PE,r=-0.9913),phosphatidicacid(PA,r=-0.9758),lysophosphatidyl choline(LPC,r=-0.9299).Correlation was not significant between the content of phosphatidyl inositol(PI,r=-0.1777).Diphosphatidyl glycerol(DPG,r=-0.7437)with thecitrus cold resistance.These results indicated that phospholipid contents incitrus leaves can be used as indices for cold-hardiness of citrus plants.
