六棱VCMT同步转子理论及实验研究

摘要 详细阐述了六棱VCMT同步转子的结构特点、混炼机理,并通过实验讨论了六棱VCMT同步转子对炭黑分散性及胶料力学性能的影响。结果表明,六棱VCMT同步转子因其独特的结构特征、混炼机理,其混炼胶的性能较其他转子有着明显的提高。 Elaborated on the structure characteristics and mixing mechanism of VCMT synchronous rotor with 6-wing, and through experiments analyzed the effect of VCMT synchronous rotor with 6-wing on carbon black dispersion and rubber mechanics performance. The results indicated that, due to the unique structure characteristics and mixing mechanism, the performance of its mixed compound has significantly improved than other rotors.
