摘要
乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，且发病率呈逐年上升趋势。化疗是乳腺癌综合治疗的重要组成部分，目前人们选择化疗方案通常是根据临床研究确定的固定方案，但是由于肿瘤存在异质性，不同的肿瘤类型或同一肿瘤类型的不同病人对药物的敏感性不同，治疗效果差异很大。在使用化疗药物之前，对肿瘤细胞进行药物敏感试验，
