The article analyzed the current condition, existing problems and developing trend of industrial water recording and data statistics for GISC＇s dock pumping station in Baihedong production base. It put forward the relevant improved measure and plan, in which, its main characteristics, investment estimate, economic and social benefit after implementing new plan were also expounded .
