摘要
阐述了保护渣的基本理化性能对板坯表面质量的影响。以几种特殊钢板坯的产生为例,从保护渣的角度解释了板坯易产生表面质量缺陷的原因。总结了对保护渣的改进方法,并提出了进一步的研究方向。
The paper expatiated on the effect of the basic physico-chemical properties of mold powder on surface quality of steel billet. Take examples for some special steel billets, the reasons were explained why the slabs were liable to produce the surface quality defect from the view of the mold powder. The improving measures for mold powder were summarized and the further research direction was pointed out.
