摘要
结合了引流砂在LF/VD钢包水口的工作原理,重点分析了四种铬质引流砂的物理性能,筛选出了2#铬质引流砂作为攀长钢炼钢厂一车间LF/VD钢包水口的填充材料,并改进钢包在实际生产中的使用状态,使钢包的自动开浇率得以大幅度提高,从而提高生产效率。
Based on the working principle of sttfling sand in LF/VD ladle nozzle, physical properties of four kinds of chromite - based stuffing sand were mainly analyzed. On this basis, 2 # chromite - based stuffing sand was selected as the filling material of LF/VD ladle nozzle in steel making at Steel Making Plant. On the other hand, through improvement of service of the ladle, the automatic tapping ratio of the ladle was remarkably improved and the productivity was thus enhanced.
