轧钢厂中小型材车间在生产Cr12时常出现劈头、劈尾情况,不仅造成该钢种的生产率低下,小时产量低,同时也极大的影响了Cr12的成材率。针对生产实际情况,对该钢种加热工艺进行摸索,加强控制,保证加热质量,为顺利轧制创造条件。
