摘要
通过对高碘酸盐氧化光度法分析低碳、微碳铬铁中锰含量的测试方法的研究,找出其中的不足,确定了影响分析结果准确性的三个因素:共存离子的影响、入射波长的选择以及酸度的影响,结合中国金属学会推荐技术和方法——冶金分析丛书《铁合金分析》中"铬铁—锰含量的测定—高碘酸钾氧化光度法",制定出适合生产的分析方法,以解决这些问题。提高了低铬、微铬中锰含量分析的准确率。
By researching the testing method for analyzing Mn content in ferrochrome with low carbon, even - low carbon by using periodate oxidation photometry, this paper discovered its shortcomings, determined 3 factors that influence the accuracy of ana- lyzing results: coexisted ions, selection of incident wavelength and acidity. According to the techniques and methods recommended by CSM--“ferrochrome- determination of Mn content- pefiodate oxidation photometry ” in one of metallurgical analysis series books-(ferroalloy analysis), we drafted the analysis methods suitable for production to solve these issues, This method increased the accuracy for analyzing Mn contents in low Cr or even- low Cr.
