摘要
文章运用企业文化竞争性价值框架(CVF)和组织文化评价量表(OCAI),通过对西南地区一家保险公司的问卷调查,经过实证分析得出,当前中国保险企业主导的组织文化类型为市场文化和层级文化,组织文化中的创新因素和人本因素非常弱。另外,文章还进一步从组织总体特征、领导风格、员工管理模式、企业凝聚力、战略重点和成功标准六个方面对样本企业的组织文化特征进行了深入剖析。
Using Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI), the author investigates a sample insurance company in southwest of China; empirical study indicated that the current organizational culture profile for Chinese insurnce industry is dominated by market- hierarchy culture. Furthermore, the paper explores the culture profde in organizational characteristics, organizational leadership style, and management of employees, organizational clue, strategic emphasis, criteria of success.
