摘要
提出了一种基于RBF网络和改进遗传算法的齿轮优化设计方法。该方法首先利用RBF网络映射优化中的图表问题,提高了优化设计的效率;然后利用改进的自适应遗传算法进行优化设计,提高了齿轮设计的精度。通过直齿圆锥齿轮的优化设计,以及与其它方法的比较,说明该方法是有效的。
An optimal design method for bevel gear based on RBF network and modified GA is presented. In the method, firstly, the RBF network is used to map the curve graph in optimal design, which improves the design efficiency; secondly, the modify adaptive GA is used to optimize the gear, which improves the design precision. Through the optimal design of bevel gear and comparison with other methods, the proposed method is proved to be feasible.
