摘要
以液体Na2SiO3固体NaOH为原料制备了δ-层状结晶性层状硅酸钠,考察了水玻璃与NaOH质量比、干燥温度、干燥时间、焙烧温度和焙烧时间等对产品钙、镁离子交换能力影响,确定了合成δ-层状结晶二硅酸钠最佳工艺条件。
The crystal δ-layered sodium silicate is prepared by using liquid Na2SiO3 and solid NaOH as raw material. The main factors influencing calcium and magnesium ion exchange capacity such as dry temperature,dry time, calcine temperature, calcine time are investigated experimently and the optimum conditions preparing the crystal δ- layered sodium silicate are determined.
