On improving creativity and unity in the enterprise administration

面对激烈竞争的社会主义市场经济,企业管理层应转变传统观念,由注重"管"转移到侧重"理"字上,要着力提升企业的创新力、凝聚力、企业文化力和核心竞争力.结合参与企业管理的具体工作实践,就提高创新力和凝聚力对企业发展的意义与作用,以及提升企业创新力和增强企业凝聚力的方法与途径作初步探讨.

Facing the fierce competition of the socialistic market economy, administrative groups in the enterprises should transform traditional ideas by shifting focus on controlling to the current trend of managing, so as to improve creativity and unity in enterprises. In combination of the practical experiences of the author, this paper givcs a tentative analysis of this issue, and proposes a spevifie means to improve creativity, competitiveness, culture, and unity of enterprises.
