摘要
学生评教的有效性是目前高校教学评价研究中的一个热点问题。本文从学生有无进步或发展是衡量教学有没有效益的唯一和最终指标入手,强调有效教学是高校学生评教的关键,学生评教改革应着力于如何通过学生评教促进教师发展而最终促进学生自己的发展。
The effective of students' evaluation on teachers is a hot question in the research of teaching and learning evaluation at coulese, This paper is based on weather the students' progresses and developments is the only and final object of measuring teaching effective. Emphasizing the effective teaching is a key problem of high school evaluation, so the reform of students' evaluation for teachers should aim at how to prompt the development of students according to prompting the teachers development by effective teaching and learning evaluation for students.
